Three by Eva Halasa
Jordanian television host and restaurateur Eva Halasa has teamed up with her daughters Emilie and Lilian to serve up delicious Arabic cuisine in Jumeirah.
Located in a pristine villa along Al Wasl Road, the venue combines traditional food with creative flourishes, such as the feta brûlée with date and walnut toast, and the bone marrow with sourdough and sauerkraut. There are some spectacular dishes from Eva's homeland as well, including the Jordanian mansaf with lamb, rice and nuts.

The restaurant is spread over two levels, with an outdoor terrace on the ground floor for anyone looking to add a dose of sunshine to their meal. For breakfast, go for the dukkah eggs with chili charcoal labneh, pistachio dusting and a sesame crumble. A range of manoushehs are also available to try straight from the oven, with toppings like zaatar, egg, meat and cheese.
Latte lovers are in for a treat, with options such as beetroot coconut and blue pea powder to pique your curiosity. And why not finish off the experience with a delicious dessert like the knafeh or a slice of raspberry baked cheesecake.
