Given his pedigree – chef Garcí has stints at world-renowned eateries Eleven Madison Park and Noma under his belt – you can expect nothing less than perfection on the plate. From presentation to seasonality, every aspect of the dish has been meticulously thought out. Age-old recipes have been subtly modernised for the discerning palate, with hearty Brazilian feijoada stews and Mexican tacos sharing space on the substantial menu.
Over-the-top interiors are intrinsic to this immersive experience too. The Instagrammable space is packed with carefully curated art, neon signs, artifacts, piñatas and decorative llamas housed under a circus-tent inspired roof, complete with carousel details and flamingo chandelier.
