Infused in all the dishes is prime-sourced olive oil from Turkish brand Nar Gourmet and spices imported from other neighbouring countries. Flour from Anatolia is used in the pits and lahmacuns, while the cheese seen in many of the dishes has been hand-picked by the team of Turkish chefs at Besh.
