Hamdan Sports Complex

If you’re a sports fan, you’ll definitely get a kick out of this all-purpose sports and events facility. Discover a competition arena that seats up to 15,000 people and two high-tech Olympic-standard swimming pools, which are occasionally converted into a competition space for various sports events, ranging from karate to basketball tournaments.

The centre has also hosted badminton, tennis, volleyball and water polo events to name a few. Located on sight are gym, sauna and jacuzzi facilities available for both men and women. Adults are welcome in the facility's pools; however, those under the age of 18 must have a swimming club license to swim.

The complex's sustainability mission is evident in its solar-powered outdoor lighting and pool temperature. For the past decade, the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Sports Complex has hosted a variety of sporting events and state-of-the-art facilities for Dubai's community.
