One Degree Winter Cafe
The One Degree Winter Cafe pop-up offers a family-friendly traditional Arabian experience complete with camels, Bedouin tents, fire performances, music and tanoura Arabic dancing. Enjoy bites such as sliders, fries and hot dogs amid beautiful fairy-lit trees and lanterns. Open daily from 5pm to 1am, the winter cafe is approximately a 40-minute drive down from Downtown Dubai along Al Ain Road and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset.
Hidden Dubai
Hidden Dubai offers an alfresco dining experience in the Dubai desert. Nestled in an offbeat location, this cafe is a treasure trove of gastronomic delights, serving an array of dishes, coffees and sweet treats. Each visit to Hidden Dubai is an adventure in itself, as you journey deep into the dunes to taste traditional local specialties and other contemporary fusion dishes. The pop-up venue is designed to reflect Dubai's rich tapestry of cultures, with areas to relax on deck chairs and a huge mirror structure to take the perfect desert selfie.
Sadeem
New to the pop-up scene, Sadeem at Al Marmoom Reserve near Al Qudra Lakes is a tranquil dining experience under the desert sky. Offering savoury bites including truffle arancini and chili honey yuzu chicken sticks, and delicious desserts such as caramelle cheesecake or baklava rose cake alongside an excellent coffee selection, Sadeem is open daily from 4pm to 12am. Relax on plush couches and enjoy a special ambience combining ethereal light and the melodic sound of the Arabian oud. There's also another branch at Hatta which runs 4pm-10pm on weekdays and 4pm-11pm on weekends.
Limited
On the peaceful shores of Al Marmoom Lakes in Al Qudra, Limited is a pop-up collaboration between local brands Bound Burgers, Sillage and Stuffed Buns that offers delicious menu items such as truffle burgers and lotus biscoff-flavoured melted brownies. Open daily from 4pm to 11pm, head to this beautiful space for a chilled vibe, great food and the chance to spot some of the resident flamingoes.
e& MOTB

The Uncommon x DSF

Make your way to the desert in Al Marmoom from 20 December 2024 to 12 January 2025 to experience a viral pop-up dining experience. The Uncommon offers visitors the chance to create unforgettable moments with a stunning setup of mirrors and lights that transform the desert as the sun sets.
Families can enjoy engaging activities like guided stargazing and games for all ages, all while relaxing in cosy lounge areas that highlight the breathtaking scenery. A culinary delight awaits with a menu featuring vibrant platters of fresh fruits, savoury grilled meats and delicious vegetarian options.
SALT Camp

Trendy burger brand SALT has unveiled its latest creative pop-up called SALT Camp next to Museum of the Future, inviting guests to enjoy an experience 'full of stars', a glittering theme that takes diners through a magical journey to another galaxy. This year's menu is a tribute to the magic of camping and incorporates 'salty' options including campfire burgers, steaks and salads and a 'sugar bar' where delicious treats including a milky brownie, camp souffle and cookie melt are available to enjoy under the stars.
The pop-up also includes fun activations such as cosmic nail art, face glitter and so much more.
Parker's Marmoom

Parker's, renowned for its Instagram-worthy dishes, has launched its desert pop up at Al Marmoom. This temporary venue not only offers a chance to indulge in the restaurant's signature burgers, delicious desserts and inventive fusion dishes but also a gorgeous boho set-up.
