Mercury Lounge
Admire views of both the illuminated Burj Khalifa and Downtown district in the distance from this classic lounge filled with Sicilian vibes. Perched atop the Four Seasons five-star resort in Jumeirah, it’s a chic spot with plenty of culinary treats. Signature dishes here include the machheroni ala Norma with fried eggplant and smoked ricotta, seabass in a bread dough crust, and traditional Sicilian cannoli. It gets busier as the night wears on, which will keep social butterflies happy.
Level 43 Sky Lounge
This sleek lounge is made for the cool crowd, drawing a mix of Dubai’s beautiful people and socialites. Located 43 floors up at Four Points by Sheraton, its prime location along the city’s main artery, Sheikh Zayed Road, presents unbeatable views. Pull up a comfy chair and enjoy the city’s bright lights and lively buzz. While more of a lounge than a fully-fledged restaurant, the modern Japanese menu offers plenty of choice with fresh seafood dominating orders.
Atelier M
Mingle with the city’s socialites at Atelier M. Perched high atop the Pier 7 dining destination, this stunning lounge has it all – a chic vibe, friendly service and incredible views of the Dubai Marina skyline. Open from 6pm nightly, this is the ideal spot to enjoy an al fresco evening. The menu delights thanks to Mediterranean and Asian touches, with standouts such as the homemade vegetarian dumplings, creamy burrata and superb salmon carpaccio.
Al Sarab
One of Dubai’s signature experiences is watching day turn to night over the desert dunes. This contemporary restaurant with Far Eastern accents is perched up on the 54th floor of the Address Sky View and deservedly dazzles the culinary crowd. CÉ LA VI is one of Asia's most well-known rooftop venues, and its Dubai incarnation has suitably breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the pool deck. Head chef, Howard Ko, has more than 11 years of experience at Michelin starred restaurants so comes with stellar credentials. The menu has a mix of Asian inspired plates as well as international favourites that he puts his own distinctive touch to. The setting and cuisine together make for a spot that screams special occasion.

True to its name, Treehouse Dubai offers a heightened, upbeat experienced perched in the Taj Dubai hotel. At this urban hideaway, you will find Renaissance-style interiors, plush furnishings and enough leafy foliage to evoke the treehouse atmosphere in both its indoor and outdoor terrace settings.

Mott 32 restaurant has opened its doors on the 73rd floor of the Address Beach Resort in JBR. Originally from Hong Kong, the famed fine-dining Cantonese eatery offers delectable dishes with paranoramic sky-high views. Popular dishes include its signature applewood roasted Peking Duck, the jasmine flower smoked black cod and a exquisite selection of dim sum.

With superb views and slick service, Luna at Four Seasons Hotel is a popular after-dusk spot in the city’s bustling financial district. A place to see and be seen, this chic Downtown Dubai lounge also hosts regular events with the tempo picking up later in the night. With the record-breaking Burj Khalifa in the distance, dine on delectable Pan-Asian bites from the expansive terrace. Favourites include the crispy chicken 'pops', and succulent smoked beef croquettes.

AURA Skypool
Prepare to bask under open skies like never before at AURA SKYPOOL. As the world’s first and highest 360-degree infinity pool, the elegant pool-and-lounge destination evokes an ‘oasis in the sky’ feel thanks to its nature-inspired décor.
